RCMP say the body of one person has been found following a fire Sunday on the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation.
The blaze was called in around 3 a.m. and members of the Loon Lake Fire Department responded.
Investigators say an autopsy will be done today to confirm the identity of remains found at the scene.
A number of people managed to escape the fire, but they reported that a 32 year-old woman was unaccounted for.
Police say that woman has still not been found.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and the RCMP Major Crimes Unit has been brought in to assist.
