A charge of impaired driving causing death has been stayed against a North Battleford man, but Terrance Watson was sentenced to 90 days in jail on a charge of failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
The case was heard in North Battleford court on September 25th.
The charges were laid in connection with an accident on the Sweetgrass First Nation that claimed the life of 18 year old Jessie Fox on November 26th, 2015.
Watson will be allowed to serve his sentence on the weekends.
