Meadow Lake RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision just before noon on Friday on Highway 4 south of Meadow Lake.
A commercial truck had rolled on its side and spilled the contents which included paint cans and a large quantity of beer.
There were numerous other complaints of passing motorists who stopped to “inspect the damages”.
Mounties say the driver of the truck sustained minor injuries and was seen in hospital.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation and RCMP say ironically, alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
