A host of charges, including impaired driving have been laid against a Big River man accused of driving his vehicle into a group of children on April 9th.

An 11-year-old girl remains in hospital with undetermined injuries.

20-year-old Colt Morin of the Big River First Nation is facing seven charges, including impaired driving causing bodily harm, failure to remain at the scene of an accident where someone was injured and driving while suspended.

37-year-old Elizabeth Joseph of Big River is facing charges of obstruction of justice and failure to stop at the scene where a person was injured.
