The dates for an inquest into the death of Desmond Roberts have been set.
It will be take place April 3rd to April 7th at La Ronge Provincial Court.
Just after midnight on May 31st, 2015, Roberts was found unresponsive in his cell at the La Ronge RCMP detachment.
The 43-year-old was taken to the local hospital and then transferred to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon where he died.
The purpose of an inquest is to establish the circumstances surrounding the death.
The coroner’s jury can also make recommendations to prevent further deaths.
Coroner Alma Wiebe of Saskatoon will preside at the inquest.
