A tenant complaint to RCMP in Meadow Lake has led to sexual assault charges against a landlord.
The RCMP received a complaint about an October incident that allegedly involved the tenant and 63-year-old Roger Epp.
Following that, a former tenant came forward about an alleged incident dating back to November 2011.
Now, Epp is charged with communicating for the purpose of obtaining sexual services, as well as sexual assault.
He was arrested on Dec. 5 but is no longer in custody.
He is set to appear in court Jan. 16, 2016.
