Saskatoon Police say a man who “has medical conditions which may leave him in a vulnerable state” has been missing since last Friday.
Ryan Coulineur, 29, was reportedly last seen in Saskatoon in the 500-block of 45th Street West at approximately 8:45 a.m. on Nov. 25.
Police describe Coulineur as a man with black hair and brown eyes who is 5’8” tall and170 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black shoes and a heavy grey jacket.
