The man accused in the stabbing death of a La Loche man in April made his first court appearance in Saskatoon Wednesday morning.
20 year-old Miguel Gomez was arrested last week in Edmonton after he was wanted for a Canada-wide warrant.
Gomez was arrested and charged with second degree murder for his alleged involvement in a fight in Saskatoon that lead to the death of 22 year-old Matthew Herman.
Gomez made a brief appearance at a court room in Saskatoon where his matter was adjourned until June 8th.
He will be on remand until that time.
