Loon Lake RCMP continue to investigate the stabbing of a teenage girl on the Makw-Sahgaiehcan First Nation Thursday morning.
Shortly before 6 a.m. RCMP and EMS attended a scene on the reserve where they located a female who had serious injuries.
The victim was taken to Meadow Lake hospital and has since been taken to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon for treatment of her injuries.
RCMP say Major Crimes North and the North Battleford Forensic Identification Section are assisting in the investigation.
