Chief Darryl Watson has been re-elected as chief of Mistawasis First Nation.
Chief Watson along with 5 of the bands councillors were re-elected in the First Nation’s election on Friday.
Watson ran against former chief Norma Ann Johnstone, Beverly Wise, and Steven Roy Johnston.
He received 380 out of the 720 votes.
Watson and the re-elected councilors will serve a two-year term.
