The federal government is promising a new water treatment plant in Moosomin First Nation will provide clean and fresh water to the community.
The new plant was opened today at a bill of over $5million dollars.
Not only will the new plant increase water capacity to residents it will also provide the necessary flow of water for fire protection.
Chief Bradley Swiftwolfe says clean and healthy water impacts all areas in the community.
He says this is an investment that will benefit everyone in Moosomin First Nation today and for years to come.
