The Aboriginal Peoples Television Network has once again been named as one of Canada’s top 100 employers, for the third year in a row.

The national competition is conducted by Mediacorp Canada which reviews the recruitment practices of more than 75,000 companies.

Companies are evaluated based various criteria including workplace atmosphere and social, health and family benefits.

Winnipeg-based APTN was selected based on the organization’s maternity and parental leave benefits, employee work-life balance and health plan.

Saskatchewan based Cameco, Mosaic, SaskTel and SGI were also selected amongst Canada’s top 100 employers.
