The second annual Northern Opportunities Forum kicked off Tuesday on a La Ronge-area reserve.
It is being hosted at the Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Jonas Roberts Memorial Community Centre.
The conference features workshops on business growth and numerous presentations.
Keewatin Career Development Corporation CEO Randy Johns says the purpose of the event is “to develop the ideas and knowledge and thinking and awareness of business opportunities in the north.”
About 120 people registered for this year’s edition of the forum.
It wraps up Wednesday.
