A 13-part television series filmed in Saskatchewan and Alberta has its premiere tonight on APTN.

“The Other Side” looks into paranormal phenomena in places like houses, museums and other institutions.

La Ronge resident Tom Charles was one of the investigators and says the show is not just for Aboriginal people:

“A couple summers ago, APTN looked at at program looking at the spirit world in regards to an Aboriginal point of view and about the spirits of our people who have passed on — the hauntings and things like that, not only in the Native community but cross-culture type stuff.”

A public screening of two episodes of “The Other Side” will be held this evening in the La Ronge area at Senator Myles Venne School.

That begins at 7:30 and admission is free.
