Three people are facing various charges after a home invasion and fire Wednesday in Deschambault Lake.

Police say the suspects broke into a home around 6 p.m. and assaulted two people with a pellet gun.

A third person was also stabbed and taken to Flin Flon hospital where he is recovering. Investigators believe the suspects and the victims are known to each other.

The home was also set on fire and destroyed during the break in.

With assistance from the public, RCMP arrested and charged the three suspects who appeared in Deschambault Lake court on Thursday.

The charges include break and enter, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

Two men, 20 and 21, and a youth are scheduled to appear in La Ronge provincial court Monday.
