It has been almost a week since anyone last heard from a 17-year-old Winnipeg girl who was visiting family in Regina.

Alanna Ross Cochrane left a home in the central part of the city on Aug. 8.

She never returned to the home, nor did she show up back in Winnipeg.

Regina police spokesperson Kaeli Decelles says police want to make sure she is okay.

Cochrane is approximately 5” 10’, 160 pounds and with shoulder length brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black yoga pants and a bright pink hoodie.
