A 44-year-old man accused of using Facebook to threaten employees of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band has had the charge withdrawn.
Fraser Daniel Cook appeared in Stanley Mission court Tuesday.
Cook, a member of the La Ronge band, was arrested last December and charged with one count of uttering threats.
RCMP did not release many details of the case at the time.
However, Mounties did say the social media site cooperated with the investigation.
With the charge withdrawn, Cook has been placed on a one-year peace bond.
