Scholarship Selections

The Missinipi Youth Foundation (MYF) Scholarship Selection Committee is pleased to announce the 3 Scholarship Recipients for the 2013-2014 academic year.

The MYF scholarships program is designed to support and encourage Aboriginal or Metis youth to undertake post secondary educational opportunities in all aspects of media skills and electronic media communications.

“The Missinipi Youth Foundation is very proud to partner with MBC (Missinipi Broadcasting Corporation) in this scholarship program.

On behalf of the Board of Directors we wish the scholarship recipients every success in their educational endeavours”.

 

Nicolette Merasty of Peter Ballentyne Cree Nation has been awarded $1,000.00. Nicolette is in her 4th year of Pre-Journalism at University of Regina.


Kaylen Merasty
of Peter Ballentyne Cree Nation has been awarded $1,000.00. Kaylen is in her 3rd year of Pre-Journalism at University of Regina.


Timothy Merasty
of Peter Ballentyne Cree Nation has been awarded $1,000.00; Timothy is in his 3rd year of Bachelor of Arts – Film and Video at University of Regina.
