Members of the Hatchet Lake Dene Nation will go to the polls to elect a new chief and council on May 31.
Incumbent chief Bart Tsannie is being challenged by Nancy Hansen Joseyounen and Edward Benoanie.
Eleven candidates are also running for six council positions.
Paul Denechezhe, Jean Besskkaystare, George Tsannie and Judy Tsannie are all seeking re-election on council.
Chief and council terms are for two years.
Advance polls take place in Wollaston Lake on May 23 and in Prince Albert on May 29.
