An arrest has been made in the murder of a man found critically injured in Regina in the early morning hours of New Year’s Eve.
Thirty-six-year-old Nathaniel Thomas Elk of the Fort Qu’Appelle area has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of 26-year-old Delvin Charles Mike.
Mike was found by emergency personnel shortly after midnight on December 31st — but was later pronounced dead in hospital.
Elk is making his first court appearance this afternoon.
