Two people, including a woman accused of assaulting a police officer in La Loche, were scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court today.
They were picked up after members of the Integrated Drug Unit searched a hotel room Tuesday evening in the 3300 block of Fairlight Drive.
Police say they found two grams of cocaine and about $2,000 cash.
The 35-year-old male suspect was also wanted in connection with an assault reported on the weekend when another man was cut with a razor blade.
The 28-year-old woman arrested was wanted by RCMP in La Loche.
Both are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
