An inquest into the death of a man from the Clearwater River Dene Nation will be heard on Monday in Meadow Lake.
38 year-old Harry Haineault died in September of 2008 after he was shot by an RCMP officer.
The incident apparently occurred during a foot-chase on the First Nation.
The original inquest halted abruptly after new video-evidence surfaced in the middle of the proceedings.
The coroner’s office in Regina has stated a new jury will be selected to hear the case.
Jury selection begins Monday morning.
Coroner Alma Wiebe of Saskatoon will preside.
