Spiritwood RCMP say they’ve received lots of tips about a missing teen from the Pelican Lake First Nation, but none have panned out.
Sixteen-year-old Jerome Harris was last seen August 1st in the Big River area.
RCMP say he might be in the Prince Albert area, but so far, he hasn’t been confirmed to be there, either.
Cpl. Derek Sawatsky says tips have been coming in on a daily basis:
“They’re following up on daily tips that come into our office. However, none have panned out. We’ve been unable to locate him so far up to this point in time — but we continue to respond to all the tips that come in.”
Sawatsky says 10 to 12 RCMP officers have been taking tips from the public.
Friends and family members have been organizing ground searches.
