The Regina couple facing charges of manslaughter in the August 2nd death of a four-year-old girl, and the neglect of her two-year-old sister, are now both out on bail.
This morning, 37-year-old Kevin Goforth was granted release under the same conditions his wife, Tammy Lynn Goforth, got bail yesterday.
Conditions include they not contact each other or minors.
They also each had to post $1,000 bail.
There is a ban on publication of evidence at the bail hearings, but information previously released by Regina police indicate both girls were the victims of severe neglect and abuse.
The Goforths are not the children’s parents, but were appointed as caregivers for the girls.
