Prince Albert police have issued an advisory to the public about an offender who was released from custody this week.
James McKnight is considered a high risk to re-offend .
The 33-year-old is living in Prince Albert and has previously lived in Saskatoon.
McKnight has a history of exposing himself to male and female children of prepubescent to teen ages.
He must undergo counselling and cannot associate with any child under the age of 16.
McKnight also must not enter into any personal relationship with a woman who is a mother of children under the age of sixteen years.
