A man has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing incident in the Outlook area.
RCMP say a 66-year-old man had stopped to help someone with a flat tire on his vehicle.
Investigators say the suspect, 22-year-old Ryan Dalton Kelly Bear, attacked him with a knife.
Another person helped stop the attack and reports that the suspect then stole the older man’s truck.
The vehicle was later located in the North Battleford area with the help of a police dog and the suspect was arrested.
He is making his first court appearance today.
