Three men accused of killing a man in Prince Albert last summer have been committed to stand trial.

Cory Joseph Constant, Sonny James Fiddler and Lionel Sydney Sewap are facing a charge of second-degree murder.

They were charged after the death of Anthony Martin Custer on July 14th.

They will be tried in Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench at a date to be determined later.

Two co-accused, Marie Grumbo and Jessica Fiddler, were facing charges of being an accessory to murder after the fact — but they were discharged after a preliminary hearing this week, because there wasn’t sufficient evidence to send them to trial.
