The final day of testimony at a Truth and Reconciliiation Commission hearing in Regina is underway.

For the better part of three days, former students have shared their memories of their time at residential schools.

Joining them in the discussion this morning was a member of the Anglican clergy.

Father Mike Sinclair says he feels badly about some of the church policies that led to abuses at the institution.

As a father, he says he can only imagine the anguish parents felt as their children were taken away.

This week’s hearings are taking place at the First Nations University of Canada campus and wrap up this afternoon.
