Saskatchewan Metis leader Robert Doucette will have his moustache shaved off tomorrow in support of Movember.

The president of the Metis Nation-Saskatchewan had pledged to do that if his organization was able to raise $1,000 for prostate cancer research.

The amount was raised over the last two weeks.

Doucette, who’s biological father died of cancer, has had the moustache for 31 years.

The moustache-shaving will take place tomorrow morning at the MN-S head office in Saskatoon.
