North Battleford RCMP have arrested a suspect wanted in the stabbing of a 19-year-old man on the Little Pine First Nation last week.
RCMP were called to a home on the reserve late Thursday night.
The victim had been stabbed once in the back.
His friends took him to hospital in North Battleford where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
An arrest warrant was issued for 19-year-old Norman Bird.
Bird faces one count of Aggravated Assault and one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The incident is still under investigation.
