Low-income elders in Prince Albert now have a bit more security available to them.
The provincial government says it will provide free home security devices to senior citizens who earn less than $20,000 a year.
It is also for senior couples who earn less than $30,000 a year, and seniors who have been victims of a break-in.
The offer is part of a six-month pilot project.
If it proves to be successful, the government says it will implement the service province-wide.
