A Flying Dust First Nations man has been fined $20,300 for illegal outfitting and other crimes.

Leon Delorme was convicted in Meadow Lake Provincial Court of illegal outfitting and hunting, and falsifying export licenses.

Environment Spokesman Gary Provencher says he took American hunters onto land outside the reserve.

Delorme’s license is suspended for five years. Also, all seized items were turned over to the Crown.
