Incumbent Chief Returns on Key First Nation

Unofficial results indicate the incumbent chief is returning on the Key First Nation.

 

Elections for chief and council were held on Friday.

 

According to unofficial results, Clarence Papequash is returning in his role as chief after defeating Mervin Brass and Muriel Brazeau.

 

Two councillors, Esther Papequash and Darryl Cote, are returning, while five others were elected as new councillors.
