A new partnership has been formed in the hopes of getting young Aboriginal people interested in the realm of business.

This morning, the Edwards School of Business signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Junior Achievement Saskatchewan and the Saskatoon Tribal Council.

Jennifer Campeau graduated from ESB with her MBA and is now with Junior Achievement.

Campeau says the initiative will introduce the basic concepts of financial literacy to First Nations students from Grade 3 to Grade 6 and an introduction to entrepreneurship to Grade 7-9 students.

The programming will be delivered to the schools on the seven STC reserves, as well as two core-area schools in Saskatoon.
