LLRIB Signs New Agreement On Gold Project

Golden Band Resources has signed a general services agreement for the company’s La Ronge Gold Project.

The deal was announced yesterday and involves the Lac La Ronge Indian Band.

Some of the business opportunities that will be offered include underground mine development and production mining, ore haulage, promotion of a safe worksite and the hiring and training of members of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band.

Chief Tammy Cook-Searson says months of planning went into the deal and shows the band’s commitment to real partnerships.

The initial work, to start in the next week or so, will consist of underground exploration at the Bingo deposit.

Mill refurbishment and other related activities will start later in the spring once financing has been completed.
