Foul Play Ruled Out In Death Of Prince Albert Man

Police in Prince Albert have concluded that a 45-year-old man found dead in the city in October of 2007 passed away due to hypothermia.
Mervin Roy Daniels was found outside a residence in the 1000 block of 17th Street West and was pronounced dead later that morning despite the work of paramedics and hospital staff.
The investigation by the Prince Albert Police Service’s Criminal Investigation Division found that Daniels died as a result of hypothermia with alcohol intoxication being a contributing factor.
Foul play is not suspected.
