Young Metis In Saskatoon Showcase Talent

A national project highlighting Metis youth made a stop in Saskatoon last night.
The National Aboriginal Health Organization is travelling across Canada for its “Metis Youth Express Yourself!” project.
Metis youth from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario are asked to come out and showcase whatever talent they have.
Dallas Boyer brought his fiddle last night.
He says this project is important because Metis youth don’t always have avenues to express themselves.
The recordings will be compiled into a DVD.
