A woman charged with committing forgery in last year’s Métis Nation of Saskatchewan election is due in court today.

Allyn Stubbington initially appeared in court last week with three other women to answer to allegations of wrongdoing in the 2004 vote.

However, a North Battleford judge agreed to give all of them more time to find lawyers.

In all, nine people face charges in connection to the disputed election.
