Woman Accused Of Murder On Ahtahkakoop In Court

A woman accused of murder on the Ahtahkakoop First Nation is due in court today.

41-year-old Linda Peekeekoot is accused in the death of Wallace Little.

The 53-year-old man was discovered in a home on the First Nation by Shellbrook RCMP officers.

A cause of death wasn’t released, but Peekeekoot was charged shortly thereafter.

Her hearing takes place today in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
