A First Nations man whose son fatally overdosed on ecstasy is visiting Wollaston Lake today.
John Watson is from the Ochapowace First Nation and is on a mission to warn Native youth about the dangers of that drug and crystal meth.
His son, Jimmy Dean Watson, died on February 27th of last year.
Watson holds sessions in communities that want youth to hear his story.
Watson believes education and listening are the keys to getting through to young people.
Since the death of his son last year, Watson has helped spearhead the creation of the Jimmy Dean Foundation.
