A First Nations man involved in a fatal collision on the Key reserve has been identified by police.

RCMP officials say 38-year-old Delmar Lloyd Brass was killed when he was struck by a fuel truck while riding a bicycle on the main road in the reserve.

Brass was treated at the scene, but eventually succumbed to his injuries.

The Mounties say reduced visibility from dusty road conditions may have been a factor in the accident, but the investigation continues.

A 39-year-old man from Norquay was driving the fuel truck. He was not injured in the incident, and charges have not been laid.
