Two youths have pleaded guilty to their involvement in the fatal beating of a Wollaston Lake teenager last fall in Prince Albert.

Crown prosecutor John Morrall says one teen pleaded guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily harm, while the other pleaded guilty to assault.

18-year-old Dean Josie was fatally injured at a park beside Carlton High School on September 22nd.

Four other teens still face charges in connection with the incident.

Two are charged with second-degree murder, while the other two are facing a charge of manslaughter.

Morrall says he has asked a judge to upgrade the charges against the two charged with manslaughter to second-degree murder.

A hearing will be held on May 5th.
