Two Men Accused Of New Year’s Day Stabbing

Two men are in police custody, in connection with a recent stabbing on the Muskowekwan First Nation.

 

Tyler George Wolfe, 22, has been charged with aggravated assault, and will be making his first court appearance on the charge tomorrow.

 

Rocky Lee Manitopyes, 25, turned himself into police, after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

 

RCMP were called to a house on the Muskowekwan reserve around 6 a.m. on New Year’s Day.

 

When the oficers arrived, they found a 24-year-old man suffering from several severe stab wounds.

 

There’s no word on the man’s condition.

 

Both men in custody are from Muskowekwan.
