Trial Of Metis Leader Postponed To September

A trial for a former Metis Nation of Saskatchewan area director accused of election forgery has been pushed back until the fall.
Henry Cummings was originally scheduled to go before a North Battleford judge today.
But court officials say new dates have been set for September 3rd, 4th and 5th.
The charges stem over actions Cummings allegedly took during the 2004 MNS election.
