Three To Run For Chief Of PBCN

Three men have tossed their hats into the ring for the right to be called chief of the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation.

Incumbent leader Darrel McCallum is seeking another two-year term.

He is being challenged by former chief Harold Linklater and fellow band member Randy Clarke.

A large number of people are said to be running for 12 council positions.

The election will take place on April 14th.
