Teen Killed In Fatal Crash On James Smith Reserve

The RCMP say road and weather conditions were good in the area of a fatal single vehicle crash on the James Smith First Nation this past weekend.

 

A 19-year-old man was ejected from an SUV that rolled shortly after 5:30 Saturday morning.

 

A 20-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were also in the vehicle at the time, and were taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.

 

Emergency personnel were alerted about the crash when one of the survivors went to a nearby home to seek help.

 

The RCMP are still investigating the cause of the accident.

 

No names have been released.
