A judge in Prince Albert has released from custody two youths charged with the aggravated assault of an 18-year-old man.

The two teenagers, who cannot be named, are 14 and 15 years of age.

They are accused of attacking Dean Josie over the weekend at Prime Minister’s Park.

Josie later died from his injuries.

Three other teens have also been charged — one of them faces a count of second-degree murder.

The two who appeared yesterday morning will be back in court on November 2nd.
