A trial has been ordered for a Prince Albert man accused of killing a woman on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
37-year-old Rick Ermine faces one count of second-degree murder for allegedly committing the crime last fall.
On the morning of October 20th, emergency crews rushed a 28-year-old woman to hospital with severe head injuries.
The woman later died.
Ermine’s trial will be held at Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench.
A date still has to be set.
