Still No Sign Of Missing Hall Lake Teen

Searchers from other First Nations communities continue to arrive in Hall Lake to assist in the search for a missing teenager.

18-year-old Francis Wayne Lafaver hasn’t been seen since he left a party at a gravel pit west of Hall Lake on HIghway 165 Friday night.

The RCMP is assisting volunteers in the search effort.

Roughly 40 searchers are involved.

A plane and a police dog have been involved in the search in previous days, but the Mounties say the current efforts are focused on a ground search.

Lafaver is originally from La Ronge, but had been living in Hall Lake.
