Stanley Mission Murder Suspect Back in Court

Over the next few days, a judge will be deciding if there’s enough evidence to send a Stanley Mission murder suspect to trial.

 

Today is Day One of the preliminary hearing for 50-year-old Dennis McLeod.

 

McLeod is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection to the shooting death of 25-year-old Todd Roberts.

 

Roberts was found suffering from a gunshot wound outside a home in Stanley Mission on February 21st.

 

He later died of his injuries.

 

McLeod’s preliminary hearing is taking place in Stanley Mission and is scheduled to last 3 days.
